1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Patek99 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at patek99.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.

By accessing the Patek99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the Patek99 platform, including players based in Malaysia and any other jurisdiction in which Patek99 operates. 2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3 Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an Account on the Patek99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Patek99 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all users in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside or are located at the time of play.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of account creation or during any gaming session.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of Patek99, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Patek99 Platform for any reason, including self-exclusion requests.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the Patek99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Patek99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Account Name

The name on your Patek99 Account must match the name on the identity documents submitted during KYC verification and on the payment accounts used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension pending investigation.

5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Patek99 is committed to maintaining a secure, fraud-free gaming environment. In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, all Users are required to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before withdrawals can be processed and, in certain circumstances, before higher deposit limits are made available.

5.1 Required Documents

Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport, or Driver's License — must be valid and clearly legible.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months and showing your full name and Malaysian residential address.

5.2 Verification Timeline

Patek99 will endeavour to review and action KYC submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. Users will be notified by email of the outcome. Incomplete submissions will prompt a follow-up request for additional information.

6 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the Patek99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Patek99 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and Visa/Mastercard.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, unless a specific promotion specifies a different qualifying amount. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

6.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all deposits made to your Account. Patek99 will not process deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from payment accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity may be held pending investigation.

6.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer or online banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect) are typically credited within 5–15 minutes, subject to bank processing times.

6.4 Failed Transactions

If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your bank or e-wallet provider, the corresponding funds will not be credited to your Account. Patek99 is not responsible for transaction failures originating with third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Patek99 Account are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with financial regulations applicable to online gaming platforms.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw, your Account must have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals requested by unverified Accounts will be held pending completion of the verification process.

7.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.3 Processing Times

Patek99 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are generally the fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.

7.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real money balances — and bonus-derived winnings that have completed their rollover requirements — are withdrawable, subject to any maximum cash-out limits specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Patek99 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry windows as published on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses must be claimed within the stated eligibility window. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Typical requirements range from 10x to 25x the bonus amount.
• While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet cap applies per round — typically between RM250 and RM500. Exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may be excluded. Check individual promotion terms for specific contribution rates.
• Bonuses are awarded to one Account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate or linked accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account suspension.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for each promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim. Upon expiry, unconverted bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice or compensation.

9 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Patek99 Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant product page.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

Patek99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed on events where a technical error, erroneous odds, or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Bets accepted in error due to system malfunction or incorrect pricing are void and will be refunded.

9.2 Odds & Results

All odds are displayed in the format shown on the Platform at the time of bet placement. Settlement of bets is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UFC) or, in the case of live casino games, by the game provider's certified system.

9.3 Disputes

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with Patek99 customer support within 72 hours of the event's official result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review. Patek99's settlement decision, made in consultation with relevant game or sports data providers, is final.

9.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed on the Platform. Patek99 reserves the right to adjust individual player stake limits at its discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation, arbitrage, or other forms of advantage play.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Patek99 Platform. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating or maintaining more than one registered Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes to exploit Platform outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other unlawful financial purpose.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating third-party access to your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Patek99 staff or other users.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, age verification, or self-exclusion measures through any technical or deceptive means.

11 Responsible Gambling

Patek99 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and we recognise that gambling can become problematic for a minority of users. We take our duty of care to all players seriously.

11.1 Age Verification

12 Account Suspension & Closure

Patek99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time. Grounds for Account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence of multiple account creation by the same individual.
• Detection of automated or bot-assisted Platform access.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring such action.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Patek99 may freeze Account balances pending investigation and may withhold funds until the matter is resolved or referred to the relevant authorities.

12.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Patek99 support via live chat or email. Any remaining real money balance (less bonus funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory KYC status.

13 Intellectual Property

All content available on the Patek99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game titles, written content, data compilations, and multimedia material — is the exclusive intellectual property of Patek99 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit: reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; using any automated data extraction tools on the Platform; or representing Patek99 content as your own in any medium.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patek99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption, or any other form of loss.

Patek99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Patek99 accepts no liability for losses caused by: scheduled or emergency maintenance downtime; internet connectivity failures on the part of the User; technical failures of third-party payment processors or banking systems (including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, FPX, or e-wallet providers); or any force majeure events.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Patek99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where practicable, we will notify registered Users by email of significant changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 12.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Patek99 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through Patek99's customer support channels.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution mechanisms. Patek99's decisions on matters of bet settlement, account management, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to this escalation process.
